Terms of service

1. Membership

Membership is strictly limited to people aged 20 or over. By creating an account you warrant that you meet this eligibility condition and that the information you provide is accurate. One account carries one role; members may hold separate accounts for separate roles.

2. The platform’s role

Findom Australia is a community and communication platform. We do not broker, process, hold or take a percentage of tributes between members. Financial decisions within a dynamic are matters between the members involved.

3. Consent and limits

All dynamics must be consensual and negotiated. Members must honour declared limits and boundary confirmations. Coercion, pressure past a stated limit, blackmail, threats and non-consensual exposure are prohibited and result in immediate removal and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not: impersonate others; operate scam or “fee-first” schemes; solicit or share personal identifying information under pressure; upload unlawful content; harass members; or use the platform for any illegal purpose under Australian law.

5. Content and aliases

You retain ownership of content you post and grant us a licence to display it within the platform. Aliases are standard practice; impersonating another member or a public figure is prohibited.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or the community guidelines. Reports are reviewed by humans within 24 hours. Decisions on severe offences — blackmail, coercion, scams — are final.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for member-to-member decisions, including tributes, though our safety systems exist to make them safer. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice via email. Continued membership after that period constitutes acceptance.
